John Minham, the world ambassador of some of Ireland’s greatest whiskey, is coming to Bendigo!
John will guide you through a tasting of some great Irish icons from Spot Whiskeys to 27 year old Redbreast. The Dispensary kitchen team will prepare some of your favourites that will make for interesting food and beverage matches. Due to limited seating, you will dine outside in picturesque Chancery Lane. You’re invited to our Bastille Day Eve Celebration as Dan Jones returns to Bendigo!
Dan is the world wine estate ambassador to Victoria and is sharing some fantastic French wines to celebrate freedom! Dan will guide you through a tasting of some great French icons from Champagne to Rhône. The Dispensary kitchen will prepare some interesting French food matches. Due to limited seating, tickets will be limited to 40 and you will dine either inside the dining room or outside in picturesque Chancery Lane.
